July, 2018 Sunflowers Sunflowers are planted as feed plots in our local area for hunting purposes in the fall. However, finding fields of them is a photographer's dream! Such a happy flower, one can't help but smile when they are present.

More Sunflowers These sunny delights come from a public area known as Badger Creek. They were planted for dove hunters in September. About the middle of August, they will be mowed, creating a feed bed for the birds.
