dotPhoto Launches Comprehensive Photo-Sharing Applications
for Global Wireless Industry, Expands Executive Team

With a new CEO and GM of Wireless at the helm, dotPhoto introduces an exciting portfolio of mobile applications that makes it easy to snap and share camera phone pics and videos, and personalize devices with new multimedia content

West Trenton, N.J.—February 13, 2006— dotPhoto, a leading provider of photo, video, and multimedia applications, content, and services for wireless and web users, today introduced a comprehensive portfolio of innovative wireless applications. The applications will help both domestic and international carriers increase MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) revenue by overcoming one of the industry’s biggest challenges: making it easy for millions of consumers worldwide to use their camera phones like real digital cameras, and receive rich media content.

Spearheaded by a new executive management team that includes President and CEO Ivan Ruzic and Vice President and General Manager of Wireless Jiren N. Parikh, dotPhoto’s new branded wireless applications make it easy for consumers to shoot and share camera phone pictures and videos, and quickly personalize their camera phones with a variety of multimedia ring tones, alerts, wallpapers, and more.

The applications are available for 23 of the largest BREW® (Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless)carriers around the world, including Alltel, US Cellular, and Cricket Communications in North America; the Movistar properties of Telefónica in South America; Iusacell in Mexico; Centennial in Puerto Rico; and Tata Indicom in India, among others.

dotPhoto’s new wireless portfolio includes:

pictavision® Applications that give camera phone users a mobile photo and video portal to bridge the worlds of wireless and Web by integrating easy-to-use camera controls with online uploading and sharing functions. The pictavision portfolio appeals to several consumer demographic groups through specific applications such as pictavision Teleprints, pictavision Community, and pictavision Games, including the flagship application of the recently released pictavision 5.0.These applications let camera phone users easily shoot pictures and videos; annotate, tag, and upload them to the Internet; automatically print or merchandise them straight from their phone; instantly share them through multimedia shows; and post them on Web sites, blogs, and other online communities. This expanded application portfolio will be launched in the 1st quarter of 2006.

‘My’ Brands Applications that offer personalized delivery of compelling multi-media content for consumers such as humorous voice tones, photo and video content for horoscopes, love and romance, entertainment and celebrity gossip and more—all delivered with rich text, audio, video, animation, and avatars. The My Brands applications include MyHoroscope, MyLovesigns, MyWallpaper, MyFuture, MyCelebrity, and a series of new applications in development. All applications will be available for BREW and Java carriers worldwide.

“Nearly one-third of camera phone users don’t use their phones to take pictures, according to the Photo Marketing Association,” says Ivan Ruzic, President and CEO of dotPhoto. “And with worldwide camera phone sales expected to grow over 700 percent in the next four years, that’s a market opportunity that’s expanding dramatically. Our new wireless portfolio targets this opportunity by making digital photography, video, and multimedia easy for the wireless user, with compelling applications that will help carriers around the world increase MMS revenue and subscription lengths.”

At dotPhoto’s helm since September 2005, Ruzic is the main architect of dotPhoto’s strategic plan. He has 25 years of experience in senior management positions at fast-growth startup and Fortune 1000 technology companies, where he managed international expansion, sales operations, turnaround initiatives, and several international mergers and acquisitions.

New Vice President and General Manager of Wireless Jiren N. Parikh leads dotPhoto’s wireless business unit. He has 15 years of experience with successful startup companies; running new business units; and developing revenue for technology firms in senior sales, marketing, general management, and consulting roles.

“Until now, consumers couldn’t take full advantage of the photos, videos, and other multimedia that their mobile phones can produce and display,” Parikh says. “Our pictavision and My Brands applications unleash the power of wireless digital camera phone photography and multimedia functionality, and make it possible for consumers to take wireless to the limit with incredibly easy-to-use applications, entertaining MMS content, and perhaps most importantly, technology that bridges wireless camera phones with the Internet. dotPhoto is leading the way to a new era of digital camera phone photography and multimedia content.”
