These are the first shots I took using the Minolta DiMAGE A1 (5 mp digital camera-2560x1620), after having the Olympus C-2100 (2 mp digital camera-1600x1200) for two years. I put this album in the category of "Premier Photography-Exhibits & Shows" not because these are necessarily fabulous photos but because others may also enjoy seeing the differences between my two cameras. I have taken better photos with my C-2100, but have only had the A1 for all of a week or so. If a photo is smaller than 2560 x 1920 pixels that means I've cropped it, usually to 4"x6". These are not going to win any photography awards, and are mainly for me to figure out if I should keep the new camera or return it. I highly recommend dpreview.com if you are interested in digital cameras and photography. These images are available for your viewing not copying. I respectfully request that you do not use any image here for any purpose of your own. If you end up writing to me through dotphoto, do include the words "Minolta A1 Album on dotphoto" in the subject line so I don't automatically discard your email. Thank you!Enjoy! |
