We went to sea world, fiesta texas, rive walk, uss lexington, texas state aquarium, corpus christi, and to the gulf of mexico - padre island. Waves were nice, sand was good, water was warm. Not used to driving onto the beach and lots of sea weed from the hurricane. Can't walk on beach banks in grass due to snakes. Beaches are not crowded and not built up and there are only 2 miniature golf courses that we could find. We decided to drive down the beach (south) for 30 minutes and saw some interesting things--camping area -- looked like some old trailers had been stuck there for 5+ years. All in all, we had a good trip and enjoyed seeing another side of Texas, parks and the gulf of Mexico. Love, Jon and Karen, Justin, Joshua, and Jordan
