Travel Town is located at the edge of Griffith Park in Los Angeles, California. Here volunteers collect and restore old trains (mostly steam engines and appropriate cars), electric trolleys, and other old vehicles. All of the outdoor exhibits can be boarded and steps are provided to access the rail cars and engines. If you pay attention, you will see LOTS of movies (especially action movies) that will have a scene shot at Travel Town. I saw one "Murder She Wrote" shot there.
