Image size is up to 3.75" x 8.25". If you supply a photo without using one of the themes, the image will be centered directly across from the handle. Themes will start with the handle on the right and wraps left. The mug can be washed in the dishwasher using top rack. Preferred method for long wear is hand washing. Normal processing time is 2 to 3 business days.
