Stirling Castle Our afternoon trip to the city of Stirling and the castle on the hilltop over looking the city.  The castle was built as a residence unlike Edinburgh castle which was mainly military.

Day 10. Isle of Skye to Inverness, Tuesday 18 July 2006 Today Globus took us off the Isle of Skye to Inverness. On the way we stopped at the amazing Inverewe Gardens and had a sail on Loch Ness. We didn't see anything of the monster, but we saw a lot of amazing sights and had a very good day.

Day 13. Edinburgh, Friday 21 July 2006 Our Globus tour continued today with a coach tour of the Royal Mile, including Edinburgh Castle, and Arthur's Seat. The afternoon was free for a walk through the Old City before we went off to Leith for a tour of Britannia and dinner at Malmaison.
